§ 9-13. Composition of Board; control of Division.

A.
The Chief, Captains, and Lieutenants shall constitute the Executive Board. The Board shall meet monthly or more frequently for the transaction of Division business.

B.
The Board shall coordinate with the Chief in the management of the Division whenever matters pertain to emergency medical services as set forth in the rules and regulations of the Division.
